hoop art

i decided to make these oh so lovely & very easy pieces of art today. i got the idea a while back, when i found these embroidery hoops at a local thrift store. i think they were 99 pennies for two.
i bought the fabric at joann's for 99 pennies a piece.

iron fabric.

loosen the screw to separate the two hoops. place smaller hoop under fabric and place larger hoop on top of the fabric.

push larger hoop down over top smaller hoop.

tighten the screw to hold in place.

flip over.

cut excess fabric.

ready to hang.

randomly place your nails in the wall for them to hang and you are done.
I love mixing the different colors, I want to add some more later :)
